Build custom slides and pools, handle the hands-on work of running a park, and share the chaos with friends in CayPlay’s first-person management simulator.

Waterpark Simulator is a first-person management game from CayPlay. You design custom waterslides, pools and themed spaces, then operate the park from ground level.
Early on, the work is deliberately hands-on: sell tickets, serve food, rescue guests, repair slides and keep the park clean. As the park grows, staff and new areas let you expand what you can manage.
The official game description makes the early loop clear: build a functional park, serve guests yourself, keep facilities working, then expand as your park becomes easier to operate.
Start with the facilities and guest route needed to open instead of covering the whole map.
Tickets, food, rescues, repairs and cleaning teach the systems you will later delegate.
Cleanliness, food, amenities and slide quality all contribute to how guests experience the park.
Add staff and new areas when the basic park is functioning consistently.
